Dagan, Alastor and Mal--the heroes in the Sins/Otherkin books--are soul reapers, sons of Sutekh, the Underworld Lord of Chaos. They're dark and dangerous and they walk very close to the edge. What sort of paranormal heroes are your favorites? Vampires? Shifters? Sorcerers? Fallen angels?
Leave your answer in the comments section with just your email in case you win. The winner will be chosen by random.org. Don't forget to enter the giveaways for Jessica Andersen and Shannon K. Butcher.
All giveaways will end February 2nd.
If you asked me a few months ago, I would of said Vampires. Now I'm leaning more towards Demons with Fallen Angels coming to a close second. I read a lot of contemp, with some historicals here and there, but I love to read paranormal and UF and most of my book purchases are from that genre, it's the one that holds most of the bad boys that I love so much. A hot bad boy that has erected walls and is somewhat standoffish and fighting what is in his nature. Give me one of those and I'm sold :) Thanks for the chance to win :) I've read the first two books in the series and can't wait to get my hands on this one

I'm a shifter girl, I love all types of shifters (well, maybe not snake shifters, LOL). A close second would probably be demons, half-demons or reaper types. Vamps are okay, but for some reason, the fallen angel storylines just don't grab me at all - maybe because I'm afraid they'll get into religious territory and I really dislike that.

would love to win a copy :) excited to start reading this series!!!
ReplyDeleteHi Eve! I would have to say my favorite is Vampires. Always has been. Ever since Buffy and Angel and now with Bella and Edward. Second behind vampires are shapeshifters, but I am willing to read any and all of them. The more books the better, lol!
ReplyDeleteHave a wonderful weekend!
My favorite paranormal creature is the shapeshifter. But when it comes specifically to paranormal heroes, it's a tie between shapeshifters and demon.

Being the huge Buffy fan and now Angel as well, I have to say vampires. :)
ReplyDeletemelvautour(at)hotmail(dot)com
I go back and forth between shifters and vampires. I love them both, but if I was forced to choose I'd take vampires.

I would have said I love vampire and shifter stories, but I have come to love fallen angels. They are individuals that are good and bad at the same time. There stories intrigue me and capture me to where I can re-read the same book over and over.
ReplyDeleteHmm... probably shifters. Since you can have such a variety of shifters you can have a buffet! I mean... choices. :)
ReplyDeletebooks (dot) things (at) yahoo (dot) com
Since I read more of them, I'll go with shifters and then vamps. But I'm willing to read about lots of different UF characters. I love variety! (Email in profile.)
ReplyDeleteI like them all but vampires have a special place in my heart. They were my first. Don't get me wrong though, I pretty much love all paranormal heroes. They are all so sexy and fierce!
ReplyDeleteVampires and demons are my favorite paranormal heroes.

Btw, these covers are excellent. I love how they are relative but they have its own distinct personality!
ReplyDeleteI am eager to read all the books and find my favorite one!
Immortals.
ReplyDeleteThey have lived SO LONG, but they don't have the usual ailments of other paranormal people :)

Oh hell... Literally, I just finished book one in this series. It was fantastic.
ReplyDeleteAngels and Demons are always great to read but I think I'm leaning more towards Gods/Deities at the moment and its seems to be more YA rather than PR
ReplyDeletecbcowley@gmail.com
The cover for Sins of The Heart is just amazing! Love those covers, all of them.
ReplyDeleteVampires have always been my first love when reading but since I branched out shifters have become my second favorite.

My favourite paranormal heros are vampires, shifters and fallen angels... all sort of in a tie. But since I've been reading about shifters lately, I'm kind of leaning more towards them at the moment :)
